Hello Reader,

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about leverage.

How can I be a better marketer, a clearer manager, and still be fully off the clock when it’s time to unplug?

That mindset has led me to a few new (and not-so-new) tools that are genuinely shifting how I work.

One’s been a gamechanger for my inbox.
Another might just be the future of how we browse the web.

Here’s what I’m using—and why they’re worth checking out.

1. Superhuman – The fastest email experience I've ever used

We use this at RealScout, and it’s not hype—it’s a gamechanger.

Superhuman isn’t just about speed. It’s about turning email into a collaborative, AI-boosted workspace that actually helps you stay on top of your game.

Why I’m into it:
👥 Team email sharing – Easily loop in teammates without forwarding or CC chaos
✍️ AI drafting – Write in your own voice, then let Superhuman polish it (or “make it playful” if that’s what you need)
Smart follow-ups – Automatic reminders based on email content so nothing slips through the cracks
Filters unsolicited sales pitches – Removes the noise so you can focus on work & family

How agents might use it:
– Share client threads with your TC or assistant in one click
– Draft listing emails or negotiation replies faster
– Get reminded to follow up on key deals—without adding to your to-do list

2. Comet by Perplexity – This browser seems like next gen Search + AI Chat + automation

This isn’t just a browser—it’s an AI workspace built for focus, research, and real-world tasks.

Why I’m into it:

  • 🔎 Context‑aware Assistant — A sidebar AI lives beside your tabs, ready to summarize, explain, or dive deeper without interrupting your workflow.
  • 🧠 Agentic browsing — It doesn’t just search—it clicks links, books flights, scans emails, and fills forms for you, I asked it to search amazon for my previously ordered dog food and reorder. WOW!
  • ⚡️ Deep focus, less clutter — Keeps context across tabs and sessions, so you stay in the zone without losing where you were .
  • 🔐 Local-first privacy — Works with your calendar and email locally and securely, then safely uses cloud only when needed. (*I'm still on the fence about the combo of client side/server side security)

I can already see this could saving hours on repetitive tasks—ordering, booking, researching—letting me focus on more important projects.

How agents might use it:

– Set it to scan upcoming emails and surface key threads while you prep for the day. It can even add events to your calendar.
– Search for winning Meta ads and mock up graphics based on your favorites
– Ask it to compare listing comps, pulling up stats & summaries, then compose a draft email
– Delegate chores—like travel planning, research tasks, or gathering local service providers—while you stick to what matters.

It’s still in beta and/or invite-only for Perplexity Max subscribers, but if you can grab access, it’s an early look at how browsing will work in the next decade.

All This Means That Brand Will Be Everything

In a recent interview, the CEO of Perplexity said something that stuck with me:

“Websites are becoming databases. Brand is what people will trust.”

As AI assistants and browsers increasingly interact with the web on our behalf—pulling summaries, stats, and snippets—your brand becomes the reason a client remembers and chooses you, not just the data they see.

That’s why building trust and connection through brand isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Here’s a simple playbook to help you strengthen yours:

1. Be Findable & Memorable

  • Make sure your digital presence tells a cohesive story. This includes your website, social profiles, and even your Google Business listing.
  • Use the same photo, tagline, and tone of voice across platforms so people instantly know it’s you.

2. Educate Through Content

  • Share real insights that help your audience make smarter decisions—whether that’s through a monthly newsletter, Instagram tips, or a quick voice memo you send to your sphere.
  • Don’t just repost a listing—add insight + value. What’s the “why” behind the home or the trend?

3. Connect Through Story

  • People remember stories more than stats. Share the wins, the lessons, the behind-the-scenes moments. It’s how you turn clients into fans.
  • Don’t be afraid to show your personality—whether you’re analytical, warm, funny, or fierce.

4. Leverage Tools That Let You Scale You

  • Use platforms that make it easy to stay in touch without burning out. That could be an AI assistant like Superhuman, or a search experience like Comet.
  • A CRM / contact database to help organize and prioritize your human & programatic outreach.
  • And of course, if you’re using RealScout, lean into the personalized search alerts and branded experiences—it’s one of the easiest ways to deliver consistent value while reinforcing your brand every step of the way.

5. Be Consistent—Even When You’re Busy

  • Schedule your content ahead of time.
  • Block a few hours a month to plan, write, and delegate brand-building work—your future self will thank you.
